How can I change the time?

For the CTX 28, 100, and 670

1) At any extension, press the  intercom key, #652 (you will hear a confirmaion tone)

2) Enter the current time in military format HHMMSS

3) Press # and you will hear another confirmation tone and your all done!


How can I change the time?

For the Strata DK 14, 16e, 40, 40i, 280, 424, and 424i

Note:  Time must be adjusted from the main phone, normally extention 10 or 200

1) Press intercom, #652

2) Enter the time in military format HHMMSS

3) Press redial and your done!


My Msg light is flashing but when I press the button, it does not go to my voicemail. How can I fix this?

This normally happens when a desk phone sends a message to another phone.  This will light the Msg light but does not always mean you have voicemail messages.

To Stop the flashing, press intercom #409.  If the flashing continues, it means you probably have a voicemail message.  If there is no message in your voicemail, continue to press intercom #409 until it stops flashing.

My Phone is no longer forwarding to my voicemail. What Can I do to fix this problem?

For the CTX 28, 100, and 670

1) At your extension, press intercom, #6041 (you will hear a confirmation tone)

2) Enter the destination you wish to forward your phone to. Most of the time it is the voicemail extension. ( normally 300 or 850)

3) Enter the number of seconds you wish your phone to ring before it forwards to voicemail (every ring is equal to about 4 seconds)

4)Press # and you will hear another confirmation tone and your done!


My Phone is no longer forwarding to my voicemail. What Can I do to fix this problem?

For the DK 14, 16e, 40, 40i, 280, 424, and 424i

1) Press intercom, #604

2) Enter the destination you wish to forward your phone to. Normally it is the voicemail extension. (300 or 850)

3) Press speed dial, or if you do not have a SD key press *.

3) Enter the number of rings before your phone will forward to voicemail (every ring is equal to about 4 seconds)

4) Press redial, or if you do not have a redial key press # and your all done!

Your New Voice Mail System Is Equipped With A Built In Tutorial System That Will Assist You In Setting Up Your Personal Greeting And Security Code. To Reach The Tutorial Please Follow The Instructions Below.

1.      Press The Intercom Button On Your Telephone

2.      Dial – 250 – Wait For Answer

3.      Follow Instructions.

4.      Your User I.D. And Security Code Are The Same As Your Ext. Number On Your Phone.
